Noida, November 15: Local authorities have voiced concern about the possibility of illegal activities in some of the flats, prompting the local authority to issue notifications to bachelor residents to leave premises, according to the posh society in Sector 93A, who said it had been done in the name of harmonious community living and that there was no intention of any moral policing.We have managed the issue with the expectation that these types of accommodations will no longer be available in Emerald Court beginning Jan. 1, 2023, according to the notification.We are hereby advising the owners of these flats to notify the studentsbachelorsguest house managers and have the flats vacated within 30 days from now.It stated that we would not allow such PG accommodations and guest houses to operate from our premises beginning Jan 1, 2023.
