Cachar (Assam) India-December 9, 2018 : In Assams Cachar district, a hardcore terrorist of Liberation Tigers of Tribals with arms was arrested, and police recovered one 9mm pistol and ammo in possession of him, according to Numal Mahatta, Superintendent of Police, Cachar district.Seiminthang alias Alex Gangte has been named the detained terrorist.He is a member of the Liberation Tigers of Tribals (LTT).According to the Cachar district SP, 12 militants of the group, including the chairman and deputy chairman, surrendered before Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on July 29, 2018.
