India : Since the early 1900s, belly dancing has been assumed to be a natural skill and ability possessed by women.Pirzada Tajumal has broken the glass ceiling to become Kashmir's first female belly dancer.Tajamul, a native of North Kashmir's Kupwara district, has a fondness for dance and music since childhood. His parents initially abandoned his interest and wish for a career in belly dancing.

He would also be threatened with death. He said, I used to get beaten up by her father every day because it was not allowed.I was shocked to see people abuse me too.I was branded a eunuch and was subjected to death threats several times.

And, I didnt know if I would continue with my passion. But with the passage of time, things began to improve....There's a simple adage that fits well: Patience is not about being passively endured. It means to be farsighted enough to trust the end result of the procedure.A pinch of humility, optimism, and determination goes a long way to help one achieve anything.

He rose above all of this and did it with the utmost zeal.Tajamul says that the idea of belly dancing didn't initially strike him, but rather, it was a dream of someone he loved.I fell in love with a girl a long time ago.She is no longer in this world.

I began dancing to satisfy her need, but now I have a career in it.His claim to fame was made public in 2017 by a video of him performing belly dance at a private college performance in Srinagar, which went viral, and since then there hasn't been a look back.Tajamul is also a nursing student, but most of his free time is dedicated to dance. The heart knows what it wants, as the heart needs it.At a Jammu dance academy, he also teaches belly dance as well as some Bollywood dance styles to children.

As Sapna, he aspires to be a hero in life.Well, the Tajamuls' journey has been one of those thorny journeys. But there aren't roses without thorns, as shown in this video. If nothing else, Tajamul has taught one and everyone a useful life lesson: that there is always hope for everyone, so take it in the right place, be optimistic about the future, and give your utmost support.
