Hyderabad (India): On Thursday morning, three people were killed in a hit-and-run in Aushapur, the city's outskirts.Police are watching CCTV footage at the toll plaza and other areas close to the crash site to help identify the driver.The accident happened in the early hours of Thursday on National Highway 163 at Aushapur.According to Ghatkesar inspector N Chandra Babu, the three victims, all relatives, died on the spot after the unidentified vehicle rear-ended them.

Around 5.30 a.m., motorists alerted cops.A police patrol squad met the victim, secured the scene, and moved the bodies for postmortem examination.They were travelling to the city for personal reasons.At the extreme left of the highway, the two were struck.

The lawsuit was filed under IPC section 304-a (causing death due to a rash or negligent act).
