President of the Maharashtra Congress Nana Patole alleges prejudice in funding decisions by Ajit Pawar.

Congress and Shiv Sena legislators accused of discrimination in funding development of their constituency . Ajit Pawar denied the charge, claiming there was no funding cut .

Nana Patole, president of the State Congress in MUMBAI, blasted deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar for stepmotherly care provided to Congress and Shiv Sena legislators on Thursday over allocation of funds.Patole said that our legislators had brought to our attention on several occasions that Pawar is resorting to discrimination in funding the development of their constituency.Patole said the Congress was of the opinion that Pawar gave preference to NCP senators.The Shiv Sena revolt, according to a Congress minister, was triggered by a poor budget allocation for the growth of constituencies.

Ajit Pawar denied the Patoles charge, claiming there was no funding cut.The allocation of funds was fair.He said, I always supported the legislators.
