New Delhi, India, December 6: On Tuesday, an all-party meeting in the Parliament Library Building began.Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi, DMK MP TR Baalu, Harsimrat Kaur Badal (SAD), and Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury (Congress) are among the leaders present in the meeting.The Winter Session begins on December 7 and will last until December 29.Due to the Gujarat election schedule, the session was also postponed by a month.The Rajya Sabha Secretariat has released a Code of Conduct for its members the day before the Parliament's Winter Session, which will begin on Wednesday.
