Rank applications for loans related to government programmes

DLCCs are forums for bankers and government departments to facilitate coordination in executing various developmental activities . Loans of 139 families have been accepted and 122 families have been extended out of 284 applications received in two fairs .

Gurgaon: Bankers should prioritize loan applications relating to state and central programs, according to additional deputy commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena, who is chairing a DLCC review meeting on Thursday.DLCCs are forums for bankers and government departments to facilitate coordination in executing various developmental activities.The Gurgaon ADC reviewed the status of claims and the loan-deposit ratio of banks under various programs, including the National Urban Livelihood Initiative, Haryana Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation, and the Prime Ministers Employment Generation Programme.The ADC said that this was impacting the entire scheme, expressing dissatisfaction with the alleged delay in loan applications received under Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Melas.

In addition, loans of 2,453 crore and 55% in the MSME sector, along with total loans of 17,691 crore, were made available, he said.
