The restoration of these water bodies would not only recharge groundwater and combat climate change, but also improve fish production by establishing fisheries in reservoirs, which is one of the government's top priorities. With the support of the district administration, temporary and permanent structures will be demolished.Singh said that notices would be sent to all those who have been living on the encroached land for a long time.
