Son of victim claims police officer is threatening him.

Vadodara: The son of a man who reportedly died in police detention in the city has filed a complaint against one of the cops suspected of killing his father, Babu Sheikh, at Gotri police station.When Rajesh Gadchar, a resident of Maharashtra, reportedly assaulted him on Wednesday when he appeared in the sessions court for filing an affidavit in connection with the case.Salim said in his petition that after the hearing, he was walking out of the sessions court when Gadchar approached him near the gate and said, What can you do to me.Salim said in the petition that I was afraid, but that later I decided to file a lawsuit.

We will investigate Salim's claims, according to Abhay Soni, who is also in Zone II of the DCP.The witnesses, as well as the group escorting the accused cops, will be asked questions.We would file a FIR if investigation finds that the allegations are true.Personally, police inspector Dharemdrasinh Gohil, PSI Dashrath Rabari, LRD jawans Pankaj Mavjibhai, Yogendrasinh Jeelansinh, and Hitesh Shambubhai are among the other five suspect cops convicted of crimes.In August 2020, all of them were arrested by the police.
