New Delhi, December 9: Ram Gopal Yadav, a member of the Samajwadi Party, opposed the proposed Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Bill introduced in the Rajya Sabha on Friday, describing it as unconstitutional.The bill was introduced in the Upper House on the third day of Parliament's pending Winter Session.The Opposition in Rajya Sabha today expresseds reservations about the Uniform Civil Code in the India Bill, 2020.It is unconstitutional.According to a Samajwadi MP, the constitutional rights of minorities are included in the fundamental rights of the Constitution.
