Hyderabad (Telangana) India : The hearing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) writ petition on Wednesday to transfer the alleged poaching of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLAs lawsuit to the CBI.The BJP spokesperson and advocate Rachana Reddy said that the party is seeking an independent Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigation involving not only the Telangana police but also other independent entities, including a sitting High Court judge, or to transfer the whole case to CBI.This is due to a lack of accountability. The Telangana Chief Minister created the biased investigation process, according to Rachana Reddy, who accused the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao of tarnishing the BJPs image in the national media.

This is to besmirch and tarnish the BJP's image, and it will be defamed amongst the people and in the national media, according to her.She also said that the accused and the BJP submitted their hearings to the court on Wednesday. The remaining part of the probe has been postponed until December 6.She said the judge will hear the response arguments and rebuttal arguments, close the hearing, and place the judgement on December 6.

The country is beset by troubling events. In the world, democracy is being slain.I live in a terrible affliction.I cant accept that such evil can exist.

The rupee has lost value. In a meeting with media representatives, KCR claimed that the BJP has destroyed the country in all directions.KCR also accused BJP of destroying all systems in the state. In the said regard, KCR reported that a video showing a plot by the BJP to buy MLAs of his party has been released, and that the videos are being shown to Supreme Court judges, as well as the High Court judges in all states, and their Chief Ministers. We called Reddy, who we later reported to us, and we took it to the home ministry.

Tushar Vellapalli, a BJP candidate who ran in the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat and lost to Congress Rahul Gandhi in the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat, has said that he had spoken to TRS MLAs to inform them of the alleged defection agreement. It would be a shock to hear the words of those who met the MLAs, he said. These people claimed to have already overthrown 8 government structures in the region. They said they are prepared to overthrow any more governments. The MLAs' poaching trial in Telangana took a new form when it emerged that the KCR government had withdrawn the Central Bureau of Investigation's general permission.
