New Delhi (India), November 25, 2018: According to a statement issued by the Defence Ministry, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will co-chair the 4th India-France Annual Defence Dialogue alongside French Minister for Armed Forces Sebastien Lecornu.From November 26-28, the French minister will visit External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval in France for a three-day visit.Sebastien Lecornu is the French Minister of the armed forces in France for the first time.According to a press release from the French Embassy, French Minister Lecornu is expected to visit the Southern Naval Command headquarters in Kochi and watch India's first indigenous aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant, during his visit to India.
