New Delhi, India, December 7: The Delhi High Court denied a public interest lawsuit (PIL) brought against a alleged illegal stay of a large number of foreign nationals in Delhi on Wednesday, noting that the plea has not mentioned any basis of allegations made in the petition copy, and said we will not tolerate any racist remarks made against anyone. These people are also human beings like us, and you're making outrageous claims against them without any proof. They must have had proper paperwork and a valid visa to live here. The court also advised the petitioner to withdraw the appeal, or we would dismiss it at a high price.

Nevertheless, the court gave petitioners the opportunity to re-approach the court with a new plea that had been thoroughly investigated and provided valid reasons and evidence on which allegations were made.Various foreigners from other countries have been living illegally in Delhi (NCR) and other parts of the country, according to the plea, and many of them have extended their limits of visas and passports, currently holding visaspassports of expired dates, and some of them also have criminal antecedents in their countries.
