The Delhi High Court has denied transgender woman accused of murder bail.

New Delhi, India, May 14: A transgender woman Shalu is accused of the murder of a rival group member in the Delhi High Court on Friday.The High Court dismissed the petition citing her previous conduct.According to Shalu's interim bail request, the petitioner had submitted a petition for interim bail to look after her pregnant daughter.Judging by the petitioner's previous conduct, the nature of the offence, and serious allegations, it may not be appropriate to release the petitioner on interim bail at this stage.

The complainant filed a lawsuit about receiving threats from petitioner Shalu shortly after.The said petition was meant to be combined with the main complaint, which was later dropped by the petitioner.The petitioner was convicted of an attempted murder attempt by a previous case, according to the State's attorney.In April 2020, the petitioner jumped to interim bail.

They sustained bullet wounds and later died in the hospital.During the investigation, two men, Ankit alias Paul and Ashu alias Vishal, were arrested.They said Shalu, Shanker, and Kale hatched the plot to murder Gangesh Jha and Pinki and entered a deal with Ankit for Rs 5 lakh.
