PUNE: On September 26 and 27 at JW Marriott, Kankatala sarees, known as the Queen of Sarees, will host a hand-woven sarees of India exhibition and auction.According to a statement issued by the exhibition organizers, the exhibition will be held between 10am and 8pm.The brand will feature the iconic Kanchipuram Marvels, as well as one-of-a-kind Banarasi, Paithani, Patan Patola, Gadwal, Kota, and many more handwoven weaves selected by the Kankatala family from across 40 weaving clusters of India, specially suited to Saree enthusiasts of Pune.Kankatala has been on a quest to provide their customers with the best weaves, and like the majority of their customers, their weavers have been associated with them for three generations.

Every saree displayed at the festival reflects the centuries-old craft that has been passed on from one generation of artisans to another, resulting in a unique heirloom that only a true Indian handloom enthusiast would appreciate.In the statement, Mallikharjuna Rao Kankatala, the managing director, said, We have an annual exhibition at Pune.We've selected some of the finest handloom sarees for our Queens of Kankatala for a special 2-day sale this season.We hope that they will enjoy this sale as much as the previous seasons.
