Ameya Khopkar, the head of Maharashtra's Navnirman Sena (MNS), said on Friday that his organization would not allow Pakistani actor Fawad Khans Pakistani film The Legend of Maula Jatt to be released in India.The fact that an Indian corporation is leading this initiative is enraged.We will not allow this film to be released anywhere in India due to Raj Sahebs' orders, he tweeted.In his tweet, Khopkar, who is also a film maker, described Fawad Khans fans as traitors.

The Legend of Maula Jatt is one of Pakistan's most expensive films in recent history.It is a remake of the Pakistani classic film Maula Jatt starring Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan.The film's central character is Noori Natt, played by Hamza Ali Abbasi, the brutal gang leader, and local hero Maula Jatt.Lashari's debut film Waar (2013) broke box office records in Pakistan, and Ammara Hikmats Encyclopedia was used to make the tale appear in a global context.

The film will be distributed in Pakistan by well-known cinematographer and distribution strategist Nadeem Mandvivalla through his firm Mandviwalla Entertainment.
