New Delhi, India, May 18: Azam Khan's interim bail plea was ordered by Allahabad High Court in a lawsuit relating to the Kotwali police station in Uttar Pradesh on May 17, and the Supreme Court had referred to it as a travesty of justice.In an application filed by Zafeer Ahmad, it was stated that Azam Khan was arrested in another FIR that appears to be nothing more than a means to destabilize justice and prevent the petitioner According to the application, the case Crime No.702020, filed at Police Station Kotwali, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, dated March 18, 2020, was filed under Sections 420 and 120B IPC, and was deemed a complete and frivolous FIR in which the petitioner, his wife and son were not identified.According to the petition, the said FIR neither listed the date and time of the offence nor revealed the offence that was suspected to have been committed.
