The UP Spine Society will inspire surgeons

UP Spine Society aims to inspire orthopedic surgeons to pursue spine surgery as their specialty . Six spine surgeries were live streamed to the Kalam Centre of KGMU .

LUCKNOW: On Friday, a senior faculty at King Georges Medical University's orthopedics department developed the UP Spine Society to inspire orthopedic surgeons to pursue spine surgery as their specialty.Prof RN Srivastava will also raise awareness of spinal disorders and how a typical man can recognize the problems in the first stages of life.We've started the association with 21 people.Prof Srivastava, the founder, said that we expect to continue to contribute on a greater scale to education and training in the field of spine in the coming years.

Prof Shah Waliullah, the society's founding secretary, said that surgery is the only remedy for spinal injuries.Most commonly, conditions such as slip disc, cervical spondylosis, and spondylolisthesis can be treated by surgical intervention.So, this message must reach the patients.During a lecture on Friday, six spine surgeries were live streamed to the Kalam Centre of KGMU.
