Caracas, Venezuela : According to a family member of one of the suspects, three people have been sentenced to 30-year jail sentences for terrorism, treason, and criminal plotting, according to a family member.The Maduro government suspects three defendants in a failed drone attack on August 4, 2018, near where Maduro was addressing an assembly of National Guard members in Caracas.Both Maduro and his mother, who was nearby, were not hurt.Marrufo, 52, is married to Maria Delgado Tabosky, a UN human rights official.The Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, a UN human rights organization, has found that the detentions of Delgado Tabosky and Marrufo in 2019 were arbitrarily imposed.
