Tiger Found Hanging in Madhya Pradesh, 2 Men Arrested, 2 Suspended

In a complaint released on Friday, two men were arrested and two forest workers were disciplined for the murder of a tiger in a forest in Madhya Pradesh's Panna district, according to Chattarpur circle conservator of forests Sanjeev Jha, who said the big cat walked into a trap laid for herbivores and broke off a piece of wood to which a clutch cable was attached.According to Mr Jha, the tiger, who weighs 200 kg, suffocated to death in a bid to escape.
