India : On Thursday, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's office was informed that the Election Commission had approved the change of name to Bharat Rashtra Samiti.According to the CMO, the Central Election Commission had published an official letter authorizing the name Telangana Rashtra Samiti as Bharat Rashtra Samiti.On Friday, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will hold a ceremony to launch the Bharata Rashtra Samiti formation on Divya Muhurta and begin the official programs associated with it.On this occasion, he will sign the official letter received in Telangana Bhavan and present it to the Election Commission.
There will be a ceremony of inauguration.In this context, the Chief Minister called on state party executive committee members, party district presidents, Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and MLCs to attend the Telangana Bhavan on Friday afternoon, according to KCR's Chief Minister.In October, KCR organized a meeting with former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda in Bengaluru to promote a new political party to oppose the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
