Ugandan schools closed nationwide on Friday to prevent the outbreak of Ebola, according to Health Minister Jane Ruth Aceng, who said the country's health services are better off than staying at school, where the disease has lasted 42 days in a row.The disease has killed 55 people out of 141 people reported, according to the Ugandan health minister.Fever, nausea, bleeding, and diarrhoea are the typical symptoms.Outbreaks are difficult to contain, particularly in urban settings.
