Thiruvananthapuram: In reaction to Systra's critical note to Verma, Alok Kumar Verma, the former railway officer who led the preliminary feasibility study of the SilverLine project has denied all charges against him.On behalf of Verma, advocate Prashant Bhushan offered a statement in response to Systra's written notice.The aim of this letter is to inform the relevant authorities in the Kerala government and the Indian Railways administration, the public, and the media that the feasibility study for May 2019 and the DPR for SilverLine are prone to error, concocted reports, with many infractions of existing principles and Indian Railways codes, according to the response.Systra and KRDL should immediately take remedial actions instead of ignoring criticism, it said.
