New Delhi, India, December 7: As the Winter Session of Parliament begins, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar officiated as the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.Due to the Gujarat election schedule, the session was postponed by a month.The Trademarks (Amendment) Bill, 2022, the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Bill, 2022, and The Repealing and Amending Bill, 2022 are among the bills proposed for Parliament's Winter Session.The Madrid System of International Registration for Marks (Amendment) Bill, 2022, aims to make some of the steps in the parent Act more straightforward for all parties, namely, the Brahmaputra Board, which was established under the provisions of the Brahmaputra Board Act, 1980, before repealing the above-mentioned Act of 1980.
